This photo caught my eye when I saw the text on it - which when I first saw it, was in my Dragonology book and probably stolen from (as I read in earlier comments) Viking runes.

Anyway, I love the effect it has on the card. Is there a reason you do it other than just to remember things?

I'm glad you like the effect they have haha

And I could try and make up some cool story as to why I write them, other then to remember things, but I can't haha. Mostly I do this because these are things I really want/need to remember for the next day, and are things I do not really want people to just waltz in and see written write down.
No particular reason why I don't really want people to see I guess. It's not like it's super personal most of the time haha. Maybe there's just something wrong with me haha

runes yes? My friend and I used to write eachother notes in junior high with these so that no one else could read them.
